Meet your new window into Denver: The Casio Ex-F1

For as in to photography and video as I am, I didn’t actually own either a video or still camera. I was forever either using the cameras from my job or borrowing Sarah’s point-and-shoot, but I was a man without a country. Since the recent promotion, I had a little bit of liquid cash and decided to treat myself and buy both in one shot. It’s a handy, powerful still camera, a high-definition camcorder and a kickass slow-mo high-speed camcorder to boot. I took it out to test it at the 3A State Track Championships on May 17 and it passed with flying colors. (note: I haven’t quite figured out the proper program to edit the high-def video in, so you’ll just have to do with the sweet slo-mo:

You’ll be seeing a lot more of this kind of stuff here, you can bet on it.
Ever since hearing about the EX-F1, I’ve drooled…
Can you switch to slo-mo while you are recording and back again, without having to edit pieces together?
